This paper introduced the fundamental of computer aided diagnosis,and then proposed an analyse method using perfusion CT,which was based on a model for capillary exchange.Designed an system for rectal cancer with dynamic multisection CT.The results acquired from the experiments show that the algorithm can check and measure some colonic pathological changes which may not be detected in normal analyze.It's important for initial observation of colonic cancer and treatment response.It is significant for in time...
