This thesis combined with the the theoretical analysis of dynamic framed slotted algorithm and mathematical mode-ling of multi-tag estimation.It simulated and analyzed the property of the slot-count(Q) selection algorithm which was on the basis of the EPC protocol, and the poisson estimation methods.It proposed a new method of multi-tag number estimation to resolve the problem of low accuracy of multi-tag estimation. Simulation results show that the new method has a better performance on tags number estimation, reduces the total number of time slots, and improves the system utilization rate.
