Adaptive scheduling mechanism for remanufacturing system
面向再制造系统的自适应调度优化机制*

The uncertainties of quantity, time, quality, disassembling sequence and depth for recycling of waste products cause traditional scheduling theories hard to be directly applied to remanufacturing system. Therefore, this paper proposed an adaptive scheduling mechanism oriented to remanufacturing system, which combined with matching identification, expert reasoning, modeling and solving for new scheduling problems and evaluating scheduling scheme to generate the final scheduling method. Then described the system design and key technologies of adaptive scheduling mechanism for remanufacturing system. Studies show that the mechanism can meet the dynamic variable characteristics and solve scheduling optimization for remanufacturing system effectively.
