Key management scheme based on polynomial and group for WSN
|
Abstract:
This paper presented a key management scheme for wireless sensor networks based on polynomial computing and group designing. The scheme used polynomial computing to generate node-to-node pair-wise keys to enhance the security of network. Introduced a grouping scheme to improve the network connectivity of polynomial computing. Meanwhile, designed a new grouping pattern to partition the ID of a node into group ID and intra-group node ID, which could enlarge the maximum supportable network size by extending the node ID. Results show that this key management scheme achieves a nice tradeoff between the network security, connectivity and overheads.
