Research on mobile assembly system for complicated product

Abstract:
To improve the efficiency of information transmission during the complicated product assembly process, in view of assembly worker and information with high fluidity in assembly workshop, this paper proposed an assembly solution based on mobile technology, used the direct push technology to construct the transmission mechanism of the assembly instructions in the solution, and adopted replication to keep the data synchronization between workshop and data server, and introduced MSMQ and XML files to track the status of assembly worker. Develeped the mobile assembly system based on the solution. Analyzed the validity and practicability of the method above by a practical aviation products example in the end.
