Embedded system design for biochip scanner

This paper designed new technique of biochip scanner.Based on the relations of spots,noises and backgrounds,proposed a new approach appropriate for embedded system.CCD was used to acquire biochip images.DSP was used to process image information.The technique has been tested in a variety of biochip,and better resistant performance of automatic detection and analysis are realized.It is a great promotion for the integrity and automation of the biochip scanner that is in popular use now.
