Research of policy based QoS two-level negotiation mechanism in mobile environment
移动环境下基于策略的QoS两级协商机制研究*

To depress negative influence of mobility to QoS, this paper applys policy in mobile environment and researches policy based Qos two-level negotiation mechanism. It designed the inner configuration of functional entity in the mechanism and presented policy specific form. Further,it extended COPS as negotiating protocal to communicate during entities and then simulated the process of QoS negotiation. Two-tire negotiation mechanism in there entities could choose negotiation level neatly to make decision according to location and path of mobile nodes. It made smobile management to be independent with QoS negotiation protocol by employing extended COPS to Qos negatiation and mobile events could trigger negatiating process to partly recover and rebuild QoS path.
