Microarray is a kind of important tool used in genomics research, which is closely related with data mining techno-logy.Bridging the research on data mining and bioinformatics, this paper designed and implemented several gene expression microarray data mining analysis models and a data mining system. It was highly scalable and its system entities were indepen-dent. In addition, the complicated algorithms were transparent to users.
