Requirements-oriented product development project management information system framework in aerospace industry
需求导向的航空型号研制项目管理信息系统框架研究*

This paper focused on the creation of a distributed product development project management information system in aerospace industry based on a requirement-oriented development methodology, to recognize and satisfy more requirements of stakeholders in collaborative product development and to reduce the gap between requirements and system implementation. Major role players of stakeholders and their typical requirements in each phase of project lifecycle were identified,and a case study based on a proposed system architecture was presented.
