Analyzed which factors would influence the plan of recruit students of the university, built up the index system of university enrollment plan including multiple factors and levels. Since the relations between the influencing factors on the plan of recruit students of the university were indefinite and fuzzy, proposed an university enrollment plan model based on fuzzy mathematics, and proved the validity and utility of the model by a instance.
