This paper designed a kind of biliary tract virtual surgery simulation system and discussed the actualization of related techniques such as system structure design, 3D reconstruction, collision detection, elastic deformations of soft tissues and force feedback. By the virtual surgery of cholecystotomy for calculus removed, it analyzed the application and the performance of the simulation system. The result demonstrates its ability to support the simulation training and provides the stability and real-time in force feedback.
