Research of project management software based on critical chain method
基于关键链技术的项目管理软件研究

Research of project management(PM) software have been faced with new challenges since critical chain method(CCM)came up.Today,most of the international PM software use critical path method(CPM).Nevertheless, with the development of PM,those applications have not fit in with actual demand.Analysed and compared two of different PM softwares which based on the CPM and CCM individually in terms of theory and application, also pointed out the tendency that critical chain project management (CCPM) would be applied to the mainstream PM software.
