Research on knowledge management of paroxysmal public crisis based on super-network
基于超网络理论的突发性公共危机知识管理研究*

Paroxysmal public crisis management reflected the operating capability of a government. But how to make good use of knowledge was still a difficult problem in research of modern crisis management. Based on the theory of super-network, this paper set up a super-network model of knowledge management in paroxysmal public crisis, which consisted of three-tiers: knowledge network, personal network and knowledge medium network. From the research of super-network model, it can get decision-making support for knowledge management of paroxysmal public crisis, helping the government improve efficiency of crisis management.
