Research of Genetic Algorithm in Image Compression
基于遗传算法的图像压缩*

The image compression problem was analyzed used genetic clustering algorithms based on the pixels of the image.The main problem to resolve was to find an algorithm that deal with this clustering availably.Nowadays solving clustering problems with genetic algorithms was being studied.This paper made use of genetic algorithms to obtain an ordered representation of the image and then performing the clustering to obtain the compression.The experiment results indicate that the genetic algorithms is a kind of efficient and reliable optimization arithmetic resolving the image compression problem,having some applied value.
