Research and Implementation of Development Platform for Government OA System Based on Role Network Theory

With the rapid development of E-government Affairs,the extensive popularizing and implementing of OA software in the government of all levels,it calls for the self-contained OA software to be constructed on the efficient and flexible platform.Taking the project of E-government Affairs-Dalian government OA system as the setting, holding the rolenetwork theory as the technology foundation,this article makes a requisite analysis of the government OA system.Hence,it brings forward a design of the development platform of government OA system with the basic of role-network theory,and offers the pivotal technology to carry it out.
