Research on video segmentation based on spatial information assistance
基于空间信息辅助的视频分割研究*

The existing methods of video segmentation are mostly operated in the view of computer vision processing. In fact, video itself includes affluent geographic spatial information. Effective use of this information will enable the segmentation more accurately and facility. This paper discussed a video segmentation method based on spatial information assistance from the perspective of GIS application, which contributed to the organization and storage of locating video data, and to the establishment of efficient mechanism indexing on frame and video content.
