Research on spatial multiplexing in wireless sensor networks

This paper discussed spatial multiplexing in wireless sensor networks.No matter how the random media access method performed,physical factors(e.g.number of nodes,density of network)and geometrical factors (e.g.nodes'radio radius and area ratio) produced an effect on WSNs'spatial multiplexing.Further more,these factors and spatial multiplexing were in special relationships.Spatial multiplexing radio quantitatively described spatial multiplexing.Based on massive data collected by trials,done a series of curve family fitting was and decluced a conclusion that spatial multiplexing ratio,number of nodes and area ratio obey the special quantitative model.Due to universality of the research,the results of this paper can be a guide to wireless sensor network's node placement and topology control.
