This paper proposed ahybrid solution called AODVDFR.AODV-DFR not only combined proactive and reactive routing features,but also borrowed from geo-routing the concept of greedy forwarding.If conventional predecessor forwarding failed,direction forwarding was used to find a back up path to rebuild routing quickly.Extensive simulations show that AODV-DFR can significantly improve the network performance.
