Design and Implementation of PLC Server with Serial Interface

The paper designs a PSSI(PLC Server with Serial Interface).PSSI can communicate with other corresponding equipments through power lines, we can configure IP address for it, and the protocols (RS 232 & UDP) can be run or converted into each other in the system of PSSI. In other words, we need not reinvest and upgrade the equipments, by using PSSI, we can make existing terminal equipments with the Serial Interface (RS 232) connect to the LAN formed by power lines.
