Single-channel video coding based on redundant wavelet and DT grid
基于冗余小波DT网格技术的单通道视频编码

This paper proposed a single-channel video coding method based on redundant wavelet and DT(Delaunay triangle) grid.The algorithm extracted the features and potential motion areas in the redundant wavelet transform domain,and then did the motion estimation in the time-domain.Experimental results show that the algorithm can increase the PSNR value and reduce the complexity.It has a certain practical value.
