Design and implementation of network map about intestine microorganism based on SVG
基于SVG的肠道微生物信息网络图的设计与实现*

This paper proposed to design and implement Web based network map about intestine microorganism using SVG. The solution used SVG to describe the mesh relation about intestine microorganism and provide intercommunication between user and the map. In the server, the procedure completed the analysis of experiment data through data analysis interface of the SPSS. According to the knowledge base, it dynamically produced SVG document by using analysis results and SVG template. Finally, gave an example to demonstrate a successful application to network map about intestine microorganism. The implementation of the system can effectively help the personnel who do intestine microorganism research.
