Research on SDLC-based implementation of knowledge management

Knowledge is the root of competitive advantage, which can be built through knowledge management(KM). The implementation is the key point of KM. This paper introduced the approach of software development life cycle, which was widely used in the software industry, into the KM area to implement it systematically and periodically for the first time.
