This paper proposed a proxy-cache mechanism to resolve problem that the most bandwidth was consumed by BT da- ta lead to slower the network speed obviously.The idea that caching hot content in local ISP network avoided using redundant output bandwidth which results from repetitive request for the same content.Testing results acquired from real environment val- idate the efficiency of our proxy-cache method.
