Processing Algorithm of High Speed Printing Image

Abstract:
To meet the needs of high real-time of the high-speed image processing, a fast image registration algorithm was proposed through the contours extracted by mathematic morphology of gray image based on the analysis of the printing image characteristics. With the help of such an improved algorithm, printing defects could be detected rapidly and accurately by the image subtract and morphology filter. It is shown by practice that the algorithm can meet the requirement of high printing speed up to 300 m/min.
