Study on Design of Emergency Preparedness and Response System of Urban Pollution Source

Through analyzing the dangerous of environmental pollution,the paper brings forward the necessity of setting up an emergency preparedness and response system of urban pollution source based on Web GIS.After introducing the design destinations,this paper presents the model of the structure and the organization of data and the function of this system.
