CNGrid Integrated Environment and Application Development Based on GOS

China National Grid(CNGrid) as a main grid in China offers very good computing services for users.This paper discusses the function and architecture of the grid middleware GOS,as well as the China National Grid integrated environment,which is based on GOS.Finally this paper introduces the integration of the bioinformatics software MEME under CNGrid environment and points out the future work.
