Spyware intrudes secretly computer system by attaching to the function program, steals privacy information of users, and does harm to information security of users as well. This paper studies the characteristics of Spyware,the mode and behavior of Spyware attacking privacy information, and the mechanism that Spyware intrudes computer system. It also puts forward an effective security technologies and protection measures that are used to defend Spyware and protect privacy information of Internet users.
