Active performance enhancement proxy based on heterogeneous network for TCP

Performance of the Internet was greatly reduced due to the existence of many heterogeneous networks, so this paper first analyzed the performance of TCP under the heterogeneous network, then particularly introduced how to improve the transfer performance of the heterogeneous network through increasing performance enhancement proxies.
