Three-factor Framework for Evaluation of ECAs

In this paper, we developed a three factor approach to evaluating ECAs which could serve as "design guidelines" to define the "best" ECA for a given purpose. Then we evaluated the ECA Cybelle against the approach,pointing out its fitness and shortcoming.
