Classified and analyzed the access authentication mechanisms of main wireless network including mobile communication network, wireless local network and heterogeneous wireless integrated network from technological points of view. Surveyed the development history, current status, existence question and used technique of the wireless network authentication mechanism. Gave the future development, which unified current authentication technology. This paper offered a new thought way for access authentication mechanisms of heterogeneous wireless integrated networks.
