Design and Performance for Dynamic GPS Surveillant and Control System

Abstract:
This paper has been designed and performed the dynamic GPS surveillant and control system.This system realized vehicle control and supervision based on the platform of GPS,GIS GSM net work.The system can view and query the locating information and moving state of the vehicle,on the other hand,it can gather and store the history information of vehicle's trace and manage the vehicle by sending the commanding message.The system combined the base geographic information and the vehicle's information into one uniform displaying-platform,but stored in two independent databases.In this way,the control center of the system realized the GPS vehicle control and supervision.
