Research on subdivision and relationship model of electronic government users groups
电子政务用户群体细分及关系模型研究*

From the view of electronic government users, this study firstly outlined the literatures of electronic government users. Explored and classified the electronic government users groups according to criterion of macrocosmic and microcosmic, electronic government system, and government.Based on this, constructed the users groups relation model of electronic government. Finally, the study discussed how the model was applied in research and practice of electronic government, and prospected the future research.
