Research on Key Techniques of Realizing VOC Acquirement Tool Based on ANN
基于ANN的VOC获取工具开发关键技术研究*

Product quality signifies the degree which product quality characteristics are satisfied with Voice of Customer (VOC). In this paper, combining to develop instrument product, the VOC acquirement tool framework based on the artificial intelligence and Internet techniques is established. The key techniques of realizing VOC acquirement tool are introduced. The automatic generating technique of VOC templet based on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model are emphatically studied. Combining an application example, the validity of model is verified.
