This paper briefly introduces the status of audit process in national and international environment,and explains the intention of Golden Audit Project performed by National Audit Bureau.It expatiates the system environment,system design process and the major technologies of Audited Unit Database System, and it illustrates the its realization on J2EE platform and Struts Framework.
