Research and realization of Internet based group decision argument platform
基于Internet的群决策研讨平台的研究与实现*

By making a comparision among different argument modes, this paper selected the argument mode of group decision under the Internet environment and designed reasonable and dynamic argument process. Then, presented a new definition of vector resemblance degree. On this basis, it calculated the consistency between experts and chose proper algorithm to judge the degree of group consistency.Finally, verified the usability of the platform by a example.
