Stability of Nonlinear Dual Congestion Control with Time-delay

In recent years large strides have been taken in analytical approaches to network congestion control.In this paper, the dual congestion control algorithm based on optimization theory is reviewed,and the stability of nonlinear congestion control is studied.Some open problems and future work are also pointed out,with the aim of attracting the interests of researchers in the field of control theory.
