The index system on evaluating the classroom teaching quality is given, and the design project is presented by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, A new method for giving weight based on multi-strategy and the technology of fuzzy mathematics are used to the evaluation on classroom teaching quality. The aim of this project is to be much more scientific, objective, fair and precise for the evaluation of the classroom teaching quality.
