Smoothing Filter for Color Image Using Discrete K-L Transformation
基于离散K-L变换的彩色图像平滑滤波

The fundamental principle is that a color image is transformed from the RGB color space into a new space(JKL space) in which the three components are irrelevant.The color image smoothed in JKL space is transformed into RGB space to display.Experimental results show that the new method performs better than other methods based in RGB color space and HSI color space.
