Multidimensional characteristic information extraction of pulse wave by grid image method

Abstract:
By using the existing measuring device for multidimensional characteristic information extraction of pulse wave based on CCD(charge coupled device),the dynamic pulse images were collected.A tactile detector with a soft dual-layer composite film,which was painted the grid formed by small round dots,was designed successfully.The principle of the meas- urement was modeled,and the feasibility of multidimensional characteristic information extraction of pulse wave was discussed. Using image processing technology,the pulse information such as shapes,frequency,rhythm and width could be detected from the grid images.The outcome of processing was consistent with the model analysis.The results show that by using the system, the multidimensional characteristic pulse information can be effectively detected,which provides a new approach to detect and express the pulse information.
