Intelligent network disk(IND) is a sort of new network storage architecture based on ARM & uClinux, which is price, easy to administrate, reliability, easy to expand, etc.This paper discussed the theory of IND,analyzed and researched the main problems about TCP/IP protocol for IND.And put forward the implementation of IND.IND has got very good result from applying in the LAN.
