Novel Mechanism to Efficiently Transport Real-time Traffics Based on All-IP Cellular Network

Aiming at the characteristics of the wireless cellular network and Internet,the problem on the real-time services was analyzed based on IP in the wireless network,which had limited bandwidth and high transfererrors ration.It put forward a method of improving the transport efficiency in the steady speed of transport from the transport strean in the wireless network in fact,in allusion to the multimedia services based on IP technology in the next generation cellular network and ROHC Framework.It researched the AllIP mechanism of wireless link.At last,it provided an efficient scheme on realizing real-time interactive voice service in All-IP celluler network,from the point of view of pune stream which was output after sampling coding and enveloped stream.
