Study on QoS Mechanism of MIPv6 over MPLS Based on Handover

In order to cut the communication discontinuity time which is leaded by handover, and to reduce the affect which handover brings on QoS, the paper presented a QoS scheme based on handover, according to the framework of MIPv6 over MPLS. The scheme supplies an effect QoS while a mobile node handovers.
