Research and Implementation of Intrusion Detection System Based on IPv6

This paper researchs and implements the intrusion detection system that supported the IPv4/IPv6 protocols.It puts emphasis on the key technologies about signature detection,rules management,network blocking,rapid capturing packets and visualization.Using the client brower based on Web realizes the coordination control among modules.The IPv6IDS Software's false negative is less than 5% and its false positive is less than 8% in the speed of 100M.
