This paper points out that the importance for the design system of garment in network. It illustrates the system frame design as a whole based on network, setting the Oracle database for multiplayer components. Customers can remotely acquire the data through the network, realizing the need for designing of garment in network. This paper makes great sense to the further research and the popularity for garment CAD.
