Progress Metrics of Software Development Based on Use Case

This paper researched software metrics and use case,then proposed a new method of progress metrics,which got progress information by measuring each development unit based on use case,and provided progress information on different level to different project relative.This metrics method is concise,practicable,flexible and easy to popularize.
