This paper described advances in the applications of control theory and methods to the design of complex software systems in order to improve the QoS (quality of service) of the software systems. And described the feedback control framework and the basic issues for the design of software systems, modeling, control algorithms and test bed in detail. In the end, pointed out some future directions of the software feedback control systems.
