Discuss brand-new theory called information platform in solving the problem which application system faced to. Information platform, as one kind of middleware technology, put forward recently, it is intended to provide more powerful support for applications, e.g. improve quality, enable reuse, increase productivity, lower maintenance, etc. This paper also gives the software develop model which based on the platform.
