A Solution of Bioinformatical System Based on Web Services

The architecture of Web Services is introduced into the bioinformatics system design, and a bioinformatical service system model is proposed. Using the example of two-sequence alignment, a Web Service is designed and implemented. It shows the advantages of Web Services used in bioinformatics applications.
