Research of Template Content Based on Build-In Self Test
基于软件内建自测试模板内容的研究*

Igniting by the experience of BIST and testability in hardware testing,a thought of BIST in software is proposed in National Nature Science Foundation of China project.This paper discusses in detail such topics as the definition,program flow and independent path of template content.
