TCP Friendly Rate Control Algorithm with Minimum Rate

In TC-TFRC,sources send too much data beyond the tolerance of Internet because of it's sufferable transient timer using a invariable figure.Aiming at this problem,this paper put forward MR-TFRC.It could adjust sufferable transient timer according to the state of the network which was judged by the changes of rdif.NS2 simulations proved that the algorithm was effective.
